For the record, I never named the attorney representing me in this matter. The name mentioned is something these trolls came up with. I have neither confirmed nor denied that. Why would I? You see how they interject themselves by taking their trolling off the forums injecting into real life.

Now the person that is representing me, I have read the initial agreement, which included fees several times now and I do not see anywhere that it states a lower fee would kick in upon early resolution. I am very pleased with the representation I received and wouldn't attempt to change the agreed upon fee now.

One of the benefits of settling early in the process is that the expenses which are separate from the attorney fee, should remain lower. That and that I wasn't drug through publicity that I didn't want are my benefits of an early settlement. The other side had different reasons.

But these trolls and their speculation, and naming people that aren't involved, and searching for police reports and records online, is the exact reason, why there are fewer and fewer real players that put themselves through participating on these forums. It is such a shame these hating trolls with an agenda have been allowed to take over and run amuck on these forums. It really is.
