I started this thread back when I had originally decide to not pursue anything. And I started it only after word had gotten out and it was being discussed in the AP community. ONLY AFTER I began hearing from some fellow AP's inquiring if it was me, in a way that they already knew the answer. So at that point, not planning on pursuing anything I shared what had happened, just as I have always shared much of my experiences and BJ journey.
And then I began hearing a lot of opinions from AP's and even non AP members that I value, that I should reconsider taking action. So I did reconsidered and decided to pursue action. If that had been my initial decision, I never would have said a word until the case was resolved. But it was too late for that, because I had already posted before I made the decision to pursue.
So I decided I would try to share this experience as well, just as I have always shared everything I have gone through. There is some thought that it isn't a great idea to publicly discuss an active case. generally, that is true. You can say something that can be used against you. But in this specific case it was the other party that really wanted none of this getting out. me discussing it only made them more motivated to quickly out this behind them. I don't know for sure, but I think discussing it helped the case resolve early.
Although discussing it also gave the trolls and haters the opportunity to inject themselves and even try to sabotage the case. Luckily, I was able to stay a step ahead of them and it resolved before they could do any damage.
But it is just bullshit that these trolls and coach belly, you are a major part of that group is allowed to dominate these forums like they do. They/you are the reason, more real players and AP's don't participate, nor share much.
