Now changing subject for probably the last time back to the original topic of this thread. This case is now officially over! (where the fuck is the celebrating emoji?)I have been informed in the last 30 minutes that the judge approved and signed the settlement agreement. This agreement was sent back to us by the judge last week, when the other party tried to change the terms. It was only re-submitted on Friday and this is one business day later.
This is just my feeling, and maybe I am way wrong, because I don't know how these things work, but I feel like the shenanigans pulled last week may have actually fast tracked this approval. Like the Judge may have wanted to act before any additional shenanigans. Actually, I don't know why there would be any delay in approving anyway. Some clerk reads the settlement and if everything is kosher, the judge signs. Seems like it should be a 10 minute ordeal. Probably more to it that that, but again, this is just my own thoughts.
Anyway THAT is done. Don't know when I will see the actually moolah in my account.
I fear information about this case will soon be known, mainly my identity. If that happens, nothing I can do about that. People looking could have already found some info if they knew where to look and no I am not about to direct anyone.
At some point, I have an interest in talking about this case. Not on any forum. I fought for that right and have some things I want to say. Obviously I can't name the casino, although I expect that too will come out. And I can't say a settlement amount. I will abide by that. But there are some things I want to share that I haven't yet on advice from my attorney. GWAE would have been the spot, but the timing didn't work. Maybe some podcast by Shackleford or Dan Druff. Maybe AC. But two of those venues would be problematic because I will not show my face, even if my name becomes known. We will see how it plays out.
I am going to take a break for a while. Not going to commit for how long. Maybe it will be days, maybe weeks, maybe months, maybe forever. That is my choice and I have the right to post again whenever I want. But I will tell you, I am growing real tired of the damage being done and attempted done to me, simply because I share some things on a gambling forum.
So until we meet again, and that may be 2 days, who knows, ta ta for now.
