The actor in that movie (Tetris) has an uncanny resemblance to the actual person.
Anyways, I'm in the process of a Late Whole House Spring Cleaning.
I stumbled upon this DVD in my collection.
I had really high hopes when it first came out and was disappointed at the theatre.
I didn't like the love interest and the age gap between her and Nick Nolte.
I also didn't like her personality as it wasn't a believable match of the lifestyle or crew personalities in my opinion.
But the movie is 10 times better than anything they put out nowadays.
And it has a Thief mixed in with a Degenerate Gambling Heroin Addict so there is that.
Funny how they were pushing transgenderism way back then.
This might have been the first movie to touch upon it before the recent explosion of propaganda.
It's Nick Nolte for goodness sakes.
Got to be somewhat good enough for a viewing.
I do love the run-up scenes though and Nick Nolte talking to the Casino Manager in the surveillance room near the ending.
I may have already recommended it before.
I have a tendency of talking or posting about the same movies that I watch over and over again.
