Yes, if a lawsuit was filed it would be public record, identifying the parties involved and their attorneys.
As the case was claimed by KJ to have been voluntarily settled, the terms and amount of the settlement would not be mentioned; if settled the case would then be dismissed, and again all of this would be public record.
Presumably the lawsuit was filed in your highest level county court in Clark county; I'm not going to sleuth it but if any of you want to try, reread KJ's posts where he says suit was filed, and ask the clerk for a list of cases filed within ten days either way of that date.
Look for anyone suing a casino and its employee for personal injury during that time period.
If no suit can be found you can draw your own conclusion.
Anyway, that would be a start to the possible generation of proof .
