I don't even know what to say.
Just shaking my head, smiling and just have to give him respect in this department.
The sheer madness and balls just trumps the sheer stupidity of it for me.
I guess it boils down to a legacy thing for him now.
Like WTF else am I going to do?
I got all the money and fame.
All that is left is for me to keep one upping my last stunt to prove that I'm the best in history of film for this kind of thing.
Thanks for posting. It was nice to see Peter Graves in the 1st movie - but there's no way he would have gone rogue if they had been true to the TV series character; anyway he got a big payday to turn into a villian for the 1st movie. With regard to Tom, all these stunts give him a nice easy out from the spotlight if he wants to fake his own death and that might be the plan in the long run.
That's an interesting take.
Probably a good way to assassinate someone via having an "accident".
I dunno though, Scientology needs that income to keep coming in.

Anyways, I finished Part 2 and that has always been my least favorite.
I haven't watched it for years and forgot most of it.
Interesting how it totally correlates with the Cornavirus.
Even the name of the virus was similar.
The movie is just too much John Woo for me.
I found myself laughing at the cartoonlike quality of some of the action scenes.
That last fight is way too freaking long lol.
The best part of the movie for me was the rock-climbing scene in the beginning.
What I don't understand is how nothing from part two transitioned into part three.
It's like it never happened.
I guess the same could be said about part one but part one is the most classic and truest to the TV Original.
I actually have the entire TV Series on dvd.
7 boxed set but I've only opened three as I never seem to make time to finish it off.
My favorite character is Rollin Hand.

I don't think you are in Vegas, but the Palms still has 5 Dollar Mondays even at the IMAX and Tuesday/Wednesday Matinees are 5 dollars as well.
Seems like a good deal.
