Three months ago:

I have no idea how ACH payments work. What I reported on another forum that Mdawg seems to have gotten himself all worked up about is that was informed last Friday that my portion of the settlement money would be transferred from the escrow account to my personal account on Friday. So naturally I looked online several times during the afternoon and evening. As of 9pm, the payment was not showing. Before I went to bed, I looked a final time and the payment was there. This would have been 1:30 or 2am, I don't remember what time I went to bed.
Again I have no idea how ACH payments work.

This is all the same sort of bullshit he gave us with the lawsuit when he got the number of days the "plaintiff" (he got that wrong too, mixing up plaintiff and defendant) had to answer wrong, said it was 60 versus the correct 21, then later came back and said, "I'm not a freakin' lawyer! I don't know for sure." and other nonsense all along the way to try to make excuses for his contradictory ever changing versions of the story. Until he finally gave up and admitted that he had made the whole lawsuit up.

Now, he's trying to plead the same sort of "confusion" as he changes around the story to try make it fit in with what he is learning, for the first time, today as he is faced with how things really are with these electronic transfers, versus the way things were in his fable version of events.

Jeez, you little putz, give it a rest. Rub some of that bullshit on yourself.

The more he tries to dig himself out of this one, the worse it looks.


My advice: take 24 hours. (Well, for you, more like 240 hours.) STUDY UP ON THE TOPIC. Come back and disavow anything you've said up until this point, and tell us that Baby Bro made all the prior posts and this is how it REALLY happened. Or go with your standby MisterV approved "I was trying to protect myself, I lied about the whole thing" or "I was just trolling on purpose" stories.
