So now we've gone from an arm's length tale of "I got an ACH after midnight and I know that's the way things work because social security payments arrive after midnight [but...not on a Saturday,UNKewl idiot]"
to
"I never got any ACH, my attorney sets up these accounts and lets his clients login to view them for a few weeks, and will do it at any bank his client chooses, and then suddenly at the end of the process via some action that I haven't quite researched closely enough to lie about without tripping myself up more than I already have, the money gets sent to my account. But again, after midnight on a Saturday."
I mean just think about...if you had been logging into the account for weeks the way you claim now you would have given us some interim update about how the funds had arrived and you saw them, instead of just "I expect the money in a few weeks" and then suddenly "I got it!"
If you're going to lie, at least go back over what you said before and make it not contradict so badly. Your talking plaintiff and defendant when there were none is also telling. And this nonsense about it being an "escrow" account (your words, as told to you by the attorney) when now you claim it was just a regular account in his name only, is suspect too.
The hilarity and contradictory nature of all your lies makes it obvious that you're not just a compulsive liar but a sociopath.
