Just as I suspected and just as these things always play out the trolls on this forum are injecting themselves into a situation that doesn't involve them. I am going to post both Mdawg's "challenge" and my terms. Read both carefully. Comments will follow.

THE UNKEWL CHALLENGE

If this liar can produce evidence that he received a settlement from his made up backrooming incident on the date he claims I will match the amount he received in the ACH. The question just is, what is he willing to put up if he cannot produce the proof he claims exists. Since he "knows" he got the settlement, I'd assume that he'd put up any amount, since he "knows" he will win this challenge?

He doesn't have to meet me, he can provide the proof to the Wizard who will be back in town soon enough and can handle this. Hell, I don't care, he can provide it to MrV if he likes, MrV won't even have to come to Vegas all he will have to do is login to UNKewlJ's meager bank account to see that there is nothing there, barely two nickels to rub together and no record of any ACH from Saturday, 6/24/23. He may change the banking login password to something simple, facilitate Wizard or V's login, and then change it afterwards.

I know such evidence does not exist. It is impossible that he received an ACH after midnight on a Saturday (meaning, after 11:59pm Friday, 6/23/23).

I am in Vegas now and will leave this offer open for one week.

How about it UNKewlJ, is it worth it to you to double what you supposedly got in this settlement, in one blow? AND prove yourself.

Ok, I accept. These are my terms.

Todd Witteles (Dan Druff) is who I choose to be the arbitrator, although there will be written conditions, agreed to in writing by Wittless, enforceable by legal action, if necessary.

Since I can't say an exact amount by legal settlement agreement, Mdawg will need to deposit $500,000 with Todd Witteles.

I will meet with Todd, take him to my bank and request a print out of my account transactions for the period. This will insure that I am not using some doctored document. I will also allow him to speak with bank personnel, and authorize bank personnél to speak to him about my account, if he desires. These documents will not remain with Witteles after verification, nor be turned over to Mdawg to view at any time, as he has proven he will use whatever information he can to harm my career.

Upon completion of verification, Todd Witteles will disburse to me a matching amount of my recent settlement, from the escrow and return the balance less any agree fee for his participation to Mdawg.

These are my terms. They are non-negotiatable. And I will not spend days and weeks going back and forth as these challenges always do, turning into nothing. If and when Todd agrees to participate, money must be deposited within 24 hours or by the next business day if he agrees this weekend.

The challenge is really the first line of that Mdawg post which is "If this liar can produce evidence that he received a settlement from his made up backrooming incident on the date he claims I will match the amount he received in the ACH."

I chose Todd Witteles (or wittless ) because Mdawg has a several year history of manipulating Michael Shackleford who Mdawg suggested.

Mention of me putting up anything was almost an afterthought. It wasn't part of the challenge. It was a 'to be negotiated af later'. Well my terms are that I put up nothing and I have explained why. The possibility of collusion, which seems more likely to me than an honest challenge being paid.

Next issue is the ACH mention by Mdawg. There will have to be official terms written and that ACH will be removed. I never said anything about ACH. the transfer was from one account to another in the same bank. No ACH. I will not have Mdawg try to pull out on a technicality after proof has been shown to satisfy Dan Druff.

Mdawg is so hell bent on proving me wrong he offered to match my settlement amount. End of story. And that is what the escrow is about. I want an amount that will cover the settlement amount. 300K will do so. So I have come down from the original 500k, even though it sort of tells what the amount is, which I was not supposed to reveal.

Next, I have received a private communications from 2 different attorneys, one not even on this site, both with a very similar warning. That if this were to come about, and Druff was satisfied, Mdawg would pull a Donald Trump and try to drag the whole thing into court, arguing some loophole in the escrow agreement. I am not an attorney and have no idea how such legal action would play out. I suspect it would be tossed because it would be declared some sort of monetary wager and isn't that illegal?

So I would pay and talk to an attorney and have the attorney draw up the terms, before we proceeded. But I am not going to waste my time or money (or Dan Druff's time) until Druff is holding 300K to cover "matching my settlement". Dan Druff can negotiate any fee that he wants for his participation. That is completely up to him and between him and Mdawg. But I would recommend you get it in writing Dan Druff.

You trolls like AinQ can say whatever you want....stupid shit like a professional gambler wouldn't pass on this. This shit never comes to fruition. It is always just a huge waste of time. Especially for this kind of money. And this is well on it's way to that same kind of outcome.

You people can talk all you want. Inject yourself into something that isn't even about you, call me whatever names you want. None of that matters. If this is going to happen, Mdawg should make arrangements to escrow 300k with Todd Witteles (Dan Druff) and then we can start the legal stuff. But nothing happens except more troll talk until that first step is done. And this isn't an open ended deal on my part. I am done playing with this troll forum and you trolls that dominate it. So Shit or get off the pot, and let me go on my way. And you people can troll for years to come.
