Makes as much sense as any other theory! given that whenever he accuses someone of some sort of negative behavior he's always guilty to a much greater degree of the same. If UNKewlJ says you did it, that means he did it first, and worse!

So...he accuses seedvalue of being Toll, it jibes that UNKewlJ is in fact Toll himself. Only thing is...Toll doesn't look Pacific Islander.
