Boloria natazhati, the Beringian fritillary, cryptic fritillary or Pleistocene fritillary, is a butterfly of the family Nymphalidae. It is found from northwestern Canada as far south as northern British Columbia.

Sort of like a cryptic Pleistocene, in terms of pronounced like ole Palestine.

Fritillary is also the name of a flower with an interesting checkered pattern; it is obvious that both the flower and the butterfly get their common name because of such pattern.
