That is essentially the Mdawg great adventure. Maybe he started with greater than 2 million, maybe far greater, maybe not. But his gambling has NOT resulted in a net win of money.
Now I know of some wealthy gamblers that will lose 100k, and get comps including rooms or suites, meals, airfare, tickets to events that are over inflated by a value of 10, that may total more than 100k and call that winning. But it isn't really. If that is what Mdawg is doing...playing the comp game, maybe even playing it well, that is fine. But don't feed us this shit about winning.
Now I used to communicate with a guy (he even came to this forum for a short period before he was driven away) that did turn all the comps and casino freebies into a living. he played blackjack high stakes spreading like 1-2 or 1-3 and sitting out some of the more negative hands (or forcing a shuffle). His blackjack play was basically breakeven and very tolerated. And he received a ton of comps, including shopping sprees, trips, tickets to events that he would then turn around and sell. THAT is where he made a living off of.
This was a different time though, when things like tickets were transferable and casinos actually comped something for blackjack play. Now adays casinos comp very, very little for blackjack play, which is just a whole other aspect of the Mdawg "story" that doesn't work.
