The 6-spot above is 5.01% house edge.

Often you'll see the schedule trimmed to 3/4/70/1600, which is 7.33% HE.

Wizard has a scouting guide which mentions a couple of selections <5% HE. Cleopatra Keno can pay 95.25 on the 4-spot, and Caveman Keno 8x can pay 95.36 also on the 4. I haven't looked to see whether they exist in the wild.

Mathematically it doesn't matter which numbers you pick, but my next-door neighbor has had her best results on patterns in the shape of a bunny rabbit.
