Just back from a good walk around the UNLV campus. It is the first time I have been back over there for a walk since the day of the shooting in December. I did try to go to a 49ers practice at the back end of campus, but didn't really walk around.
Today is a holiday so no classes, just a few people walking, jogging, riding electric scooters. But there was a heavy UNLV police presence. Must have seen 8 or 9 walking or driving around, when usually you might see one.
I guess that is to be expected now, but sucks this is the world we now live in.
