You can be banned from a Casino when you're the VICTIM? :/

So, a real life fiasco happened when a guy, I'll call him Tommy loaned his Casino Friend like $10,000. I'll call the Casino Friend Sam. Sam didn't pay back Tommy, so Tommy said something like,"You need to pay me back that $10,000 you owe me, you fucking WELCHER!" Sam said,"I don't have the $10,000 on me!" Tommy punched Sam in the face for being a Welcher. Sam hit Tommy back in self defense. Soon it became an all out brawl between the two. Casino Staff broke up the brawl. Witnesses admitted they saw Tommy punch Sam first. Sam and Tommy were BOTH permanently banned from the Casino.

I don't get why Sam was banned from the Casino WITH Tommy when he's the VICTIM in the fight. Shouldn't only TOMMY have been banned for punching Sam in the face first? Sam was acting in self defense.

So, I was watching a YT Vid explaining this situation and a Comment under the Video was something like "The Casino can Ban anyone for ANY reason!!!" And then another Commenter was saying like "Why can a Casino Ban anyone for Any reason?" And then the first Commenter said something like "Because the Casino is PRIVATE Property and the Property owner has the Discretion to Ban BOTH Sam and Tommy because they were BOTH causing a Ruckus in the Casino!!!" Or something like that.
