It wasn't a Mailer. The Promotion did exist but it was on their Website. What happened was that there was no Promotion because it was cancelled at the Manager's discretion. The Players had no idea that there was no Promotion because it was cancelled at the Manager's discretion until they were already in the Casino ready to get the Promotion.

The Manager could have updated the Website to make it clear the Promotion got cancelled . Also it wasn't a choice of a Diamond bracelet, $1,000 in free play, or an automatic Tier Upgrade, it was a lucrative Multiplier Comp Promotion, 2 times-100 times Comp and the Player has to swipe to see their Mystery Multiplier Comp Reward.

Whoops it wasn’t $1,000 or a diamond bracelet. It was a 2x to 100x mystery comp multiplier of which if they'd of had the promotion 99.999% of players would have received the 2x.

Yes I got that, but sort of changes the whole character of the story & diminishes any meaningful impact.

It would be like if a guy said “Yeah Taylor Swift was on my flight & we ended going to the restroom together & joining the mile high club!”

Then when pressed for more details admitted that the actual story was he went into the airplane restroom & pleasured himself to a photo of Taylor Swift on the inflight magazine.
