Thread: Electronic Blackjack - hit after doubling down.

    Utter nonsense.

"Back in the day" given UNKewlJ claimed age, still the boards would not be unsealed wood requiring any oil at all.

    Surfboards in the 1950s & 1960s

In the late 1940s and early 1950s, industrial and manufacturing technology developments made during World War II carried over to surfboard design. The most important and lasting development in design occurred when wood was phased out in favor of polyurethane foam and fiberglass in the late 1950s.

He just Studied Up ineffectually is all. Nothing new, he blows it all the time - because he has not actually done any of what he claims. Other than male prostitution, now on that sujet he could enlighten us and not trip all over himself.

The first thing that came up, for me, about oil on a surfboard.

It's important to note that it's not recommended to use oil or chemical mix on surfboard, they can damage the surface of the board and make it more slippery. Regardless of which cleaning solution you choose, be sure to test it on a small, inconspicuous area of the board before applying it to the entire surface.

I am arguing with people that don't have a clue what they are talking about. Garnabby and Mdouche looking up oiling surfboards on the internet. . Singer who knows nothing about anything, yet keeps flapping his mouth. If I had to guess, maybe coach belly being from Jersey or New York knows a little or had some experience earlier in his life with surfing. Possible Druff, but probably not. He seems like an indoor dude to me.

My experience was 25+ years ago. It seems like a lifetime ago. And I don't know what has changed. When we surfed last year, I could barely stay on the board. But when I was 14-17 years old, my friends and I were on the board 6 hours a day during spring and fall when school was on and 10-12 hours a day during summer. Seems like a lifetime ago.

And it is the same with most gambling topics. I am mostly arguing blackjack concepts with people that don't play blackjack. Singer is a losing gambler. Mdawg claims he plays blackjack and I am guessing he dies, but he doesnt seem to have a clue about how winning blackjack works or how Las Vegas casinos work regarding blackjack. The guy has claimed 50 winning hands in a row. Claims a speed of $100-$5000. And that pit folks don't care if players win.

    What a fucking forum.

I forgot. MrV is a Jersey guy. Although it seems to be inland Jersey, towards Philly. Still wouldn't surprise me if he surfed at some point. Although maybe not as he has never mentioned it.

What's also possible, and really not so nutso especially given how obsessed this proven lying hypocrite is with constantly trying to underscore R.Singer's age, is that UNKewl himself is much older than he claims, such that the wooden boards of the pre late 1950s were what was around when he was teenager. Not that he ever used them, but just what he is now recalling dimly.

Wouldn't that be something, that this old relic is sitting here not just trying to create a phony persona in space, but also in time.

Was I supposed to loan a book from the local library, and, then, upload the salient parts? Ha.

Regardless, your "friend", MrV, quoted the internet, above. So, does this mean that nor does MrV have a clue?

Newcastle. A movie about surfing that takes place in Australia. You don't have to watch the whole movie. Just the opening credits. Can one of you geniuses, please explain what the guy is doing at the 1:10 mark (while the opening credits are rolling) of the movie after a long day of surfing? Cause it sure looks like he is wiping oil into his surfboard. But you assholes would know better than me.
    It's acetone.

    You're damned right I did.

I know fuck all about surfing, but google knows a lot.

That UNKewlJ doesn’t even know what’s going on in the video he Studied Up and brought to us - oiling, hot waxing, acetone cleaning, says it all.

That he even presented the video in the first place (versus getting paid for a pic of a surfboard by the pool) says enough about how distanced he is from surfing.

Truly the more he opens his wide loose mouth the stupider and more like a liar he appears.

Rumor has it you can only get there on a well oiled surfboard.

Do you think kew can provide us with a picture of him and his little twit body surfing on the beaches of S. Cal, courtesy of the fake baby bro, from when they went on that fake surfing trip as the heat from his lies about the fake backrooming BS was melting him down?

I think it was 60, but who cares.

I don't want to read all the posts, I have too much going on right now.

Please can you just tell me the HPH and your appropriate edge (in percentage format)?

Or has someone (tableplay?) done the math?

No one has done the math. Part of the difficulty is that we keep learning new things about how the glitch works and the speed of the machine as the thread develops.

When MDawg mentioned the movie recently the first thing that popped into my mind (unfortunately) was an actual circle jerk scene they had in this movie.

    Yuck!!!!

There was also a scene if I recall, of a drunk passing out into a bucket full of piss.

Not the most pleasant movie out there to say the least.
Another off one I watched recently, The Lighthouse (2019) with Willem Dafoe. Somehow I felt like Dafoe was miscast but Robert Pattinson surprisingly (never considered him a serious actor before) did a good job as the other lighthouse keeper. Set in the 1890s, filmed in 35mm black and white film, and injected with a couple of Greek myths (Proteus - an ever changing sea god, and Prometheus - who defies the Greek gods by stealing fire from them, and is punished eternally by having Zeus in the form of an eagle keep eating his liver (that grows back every night) while bound to a rock). Also the myth any sailor knows of that it's bad luck to kill a seabird. Yes all that bizarreness and more, in this one, including no circle jerk but some jerking off too, presented fairly grotesquely.

One of those movies where it's unclear what happened and what didn't by the end. A sort of a Hateful Eight (2015) meets Once Upon a Time in the West
(1968) with Mulholland Drive (2001) as the backdrop.

It does get its point across, whatever that point might be, by the end though in a twisted Gothic revisionist horror movie sort of way.
I watched the Lighthouse too awhile back. A strange movie but enjoyable probably because it was so different.

Interesting because I thought Dafoe was perfectly cast. I thought he came across exactly how a salty lighthouse keeper in 1890 might have come across.

Christian Bale could have probably also done well in the role too.
I watched it again, which means I liked it. Don't think I would watch it a third time though.

I agree with you now that Dafoe did a good job. The first time I watched the movie I just kept envisioning the way he is in real life, and some of his other roles, and viewed him too much I suppose as someone acting like that 1890s crusty old lighthouse keeper, versus someone who really was a 1890s crusty old lighthouse keeper.

I also meant to mention that the movie made me think of The Shining (1980). Parts of it might have even channeled The Shining, for example the scene after the storm is unleashed and the waves are crashing outside to ominous music might have been channeling the scene in The Shining where blood gushes down the halls of the Overlook Hotel.

Consider though Jack Nicholson's masterful rendition of someone succumbing to "cabin fever" versus Pattinson's growing madness. Nicholson lived the role, while Pattinson for the most part merely acted it.

Yes, Mdawgs claim was 60 straight winning blackjack hands. That is what I meant to type. I guess I typed 50 and didn't realize it. I am also aware that he later backtracked from that after Wizard got involved and told him it was all but impossible. Similarly to the way he changed 7 months of winning hundreds of thousands to "about even" after Wizard got involved. But enough about him.

I don't know or didn't at the time the exact edge. THAT is what I was seeking by asking several people and posting about it. I wanted to know the advantage and what the play was worth. The HPH, I initially thought were 100 to 120. That is what I told the two players I asked privately. That may be why their estimates or answers as to what the play was worth per hour were different. BUT, now after having played the game for many hours over the 9 week period, I now believe my HPH estimate was high. I now believe it might have been 90 or so. And that might account for why our actual results were $162 and hour compared to the numbers given me of $200 and over $200. Or that could just be a little negative variance.

Because the play is over, I don't see the sense in now trying to figure it out further. It isn't going to change what we made. And I doubt I am going to see another identical play.

It is funny, back in mid March, when I was seeking these answers, I received 2 answers privately and Wizard wasn't one of them. Wizard would only give me what I was asking if I cut him in and gave him the play. And I posted on two forums, including here. NOT a single person responded. Maybe you weren't around at that time, I don't know. But not a single person responded. Now all of the sudden, after the play is over, everyone is interested in the math. I needed the math BEFORE the play. If people didn't want to help me out at that time, that is fine. But don't come at me now after the fact with all this shit.
