Hey Mickey...you travel the land and probably visit a larger variety of casinos than any of us, so I guess you're in the best position to answer a question.
When covid hit casinos went to non-smoking.
Now things have relaxed, but not gone back quite to how it once was; back then the main floor allowed smoking but there usually a non-smoking section: now it seems to have flip-flopped, at least in the few tribal joints in the PNW I frequent, such that typically the main floor is non-smoking and smokers stay in the small area, if smoking is allowed anywhere at all.
Shit holes like Lucky Eagle allow smoking in the main casino; Ilani prohibits it anywhere on the casino floor.
My question: what are you seeing in the hundreds of joints you stop at?
