First, Death (clad in biker boots, a hooded cape and very brief briefs) gets off a bus in Shuckton, Ontario, Canada, and takes off on a bicycle. A short time later, the suburban town is rocked to its core when the mayor's dead body is found stuffed into his mailbox.
