Thread: Coworker went off on me after I loaned her money! :O

  1. #1
Before Covid happened, I had a Coworker borrow $80 from me. I was getting $120 in free play a WEEK, from Casinos, so I wasn't rushing her for the loaned money back. I loaned her the $80 MONTHS before COVID happened. Covid happened, and Casinos got closed down during Lockdown and Shutdowns, so I wasn't getting the $120 a week anymore.

I politely asked my Coworker for $40 of the $80 and she went off on me! I politely pointed out that I was only asking for HALF of the loaned money back and she was PISSED! She later calmed down and admitted I was fair as hell to not ask her any money back for MONTHS and then only asked for HALF of the money back and apologized for getting mad at me and going off on me and was like,"I'm surprised you didn't cuss me out for how I spoke to you. "She paid me back the full $80.

I've always been interested in making money

The town I lived in as a kid had a Fourth of July parade, and there were no cold drink vendors: it could get pretty warm, curbside.

So I sold cold soda: my dad took me to Great Eastern to buy 48 or 72 cans of soda at about six cents a can, then we went to the ice house and bought a couple blocks of ice.

At my home we chopped up the ice and put the ice and soda in a big metal vat the fit nicely in my Fliexible Flyer red wagon; I hauled it to the parade and sold cans for a quarter.

One year I had a helper; we didn't discuss what his salary / payment would be.

It was a good year, I sold all the soda; when it was over and he asked for his pay I gave him a quarter.

He protested; I felt he protested too much so I shot him with my Daisy BB gun.

Damn, now why didn't I think of that?

With age comes wisdom: why waste a perfectly good BB when a pair of pliers would have worked just fine?

When someone shows no respect for themselves, I tend to feel obligated to do the same, but just enough to keep trouble minimal. Declaring a human only being worth one cold drink, isn't very sustainable nor wise. I would say optimal strategy a 2-3 drink minimum.

She's a Woman, so no nutsack, and if I did threaten her with any physical Assault/Battery, I'd be at risk of losing my job. In fact, an ex Employee and a Customer got into a verbal fight that escalated into a physical fight. Customer beat the crap out of the ex Employee and he got fired for fighting with a Customer in the first place. In fact, just cussing out the Customer was grounds for being fired, let alone fighting her.

Just because she’s a woman doesn’t necessarily mean she doesn’t have a nutsack.

If she has a bag that she carries around peanuts, cashews, almonds, & walnuts in then that would be a nutsack.

Also if she used to be a man but when she transitioned she never got her nutsack cut off like Dylan Mulvaney for example, then she could still have a nutsack.

So you shouldn’t assume that just because someone is a woman that they don’t have a nutsack.

Or if she kept an insane person -- a nut -- inside a large sack. Or if she kept severed testicles inside a sack. Truly in these modern times there are many ways for a woman to have a nutsack.

I reread my thread today, and I accidentally wrote that it was $120 a WEEK. I was actually getting $120 a MONTH, not a WEEK.

    Appreciate you clarifying on that.

It was of grave concern to all of us & at the forefront of our minds these past 6 weeks.

The updated information will now allow us all to reconsider & reevaluate our respective positions on this matter.

Lol! Since you posted it on 6/10/24 and today is 7/27/24 I would like to know what you are using to stretch that out to 6 months?

If 6/10/24 to today was six months I could have accomplished so much more than I actually did.

Is what you are using for the time dilation effect mechanical, prescription, or black market?

I wanna get on board that train!

Pinch is right, you have serious memory issues.

But hey, it's just the weed ... don't worry, be happy.
