I'm not arguing what you should do. I am saying what is going to happen - taxed or not. Taxes will always be wasted.

Although I did suggest you tax the problem directly as an aside. Those are the people benefiting the most and costing the future the most so I would suggest they be taxed accordingly. Carbon credits and such are just ripe to be scammed.

At least with the clean energy people they can't be secretive about everything like the military people.
