Going to Player's Club today for game I WON but thought I LOST. :)

So, on Wednesday, I played Bingo and thought I lost. I took a picture of the winning Bingo numbers before leaving the Casino. Lo and behold, when checking my "losing," Bingo card, , YESTERDAY, I found out that one of my Bingo cards that I thought I LOST on was actually a WINNER!

I called the Casino to speak to Player's Club, but the Casino Employee who answered the phone when I told her about me accidentally mistaking a WINNING Bingo card for a LOSING Bingo told me that there is no direct way to speak to Player's Club. She put me on hold and after the hold, she told me that Player's Club Staff said I can come in person and they can do a late validation and give me the winnings. She gave me her name for validation when I get there.

But Player's Club Staff said all I have to do is come in person and they'll validate the Bingo card, most likely as a one time Courtesy thing.

As for Tasha's thread and situation, I know nothing about Bingo, but if it were me making the decision, you would get nothing Tasha. As I understand it Bingo is a 3 step process. 1) You cover the required numbers. 2) You yell out Bingo. 3) someone verified your card. You completed only 1 of those required steps. "You get nothing!" (I said in my Gene Wilder, willy Wonka voice).

While you really are not entitled to anything, Tasha, I hope they do give you a courtesy win.

Well, some bingo places have a final round with a bigger "grand" prize but that is irrelevant to the issue at hand.

It is unfair to the casino to punish them for your mistake.

My head had been in a fucking fog by the last round of Bingo. There are TEN rounds of Bingo and I stayed for all 10 rounds. I was fucking exhausted after TEN rounds of Bingo. I can't believe I missed that I had a $300 winning Bingo!
