I am well aware of the Fremont case detailed here. I guess your point in bringing it up is that you see no action by Nevada Gaming against a casino that looks like it could be my case. Well after my case was settled, we did forward information and documentation to Gaming. I had hoped they would impose a fine on the casino on top of the settlement that I received. It wouldn't have benefited me, would have just been a punitive type thing. But my hope was that along with the settlement would go a long way towards deterring future similar behavior, which now looks not to be the case, with a similar, not exactly the same but similar case against the same casino.
It is not impossible that such an action could still be coming, but with my case over a year old, it looks less and less likely.
These cases all have important differences which can contribute to Gaming imposing a fine or not. One of the big things in the Fremont case of 2020, was the handcuffing of turns out to be completely innocent patron. That is a big factor. With that, there can be no arguing that it was illegal detention or arrest. No one can say, "well they came voluntarily" as casinos like to counter.
Another interesting aspect of that case is that the Attorney for Boyd was a former Nevada Gaming agent. They may have wanted to particularly come down on a former agent who should have known better (or had his client know better). I doubt they would say that was a factor, but I would bet it was.
But none of this really matter, Mdawg. All this and everything you do is about trolling me because I dared call out your silly "adventure" story with all the winning that just defied everything. It was and continues to be just pure fiction. And you continue to be pissed that I and others, but particularly me, dared call you out on it. Get the fuck over it!!
