Plenty of people took for granted that your general story was true at this point, but the idea that you would not even talk to your attorney about it was crazy.

There had literally never been better grounds for an AP lawsuit to my knowledge (because of the broken arm). There was a guy killed in Reno but he was not an AP.

And no it wasn't just Axel saying this or some imaginary AP friend (or some actual AP that still believed you). Everyone was saying this, because it was so obvious.

It was really the broken arm that was the one detail that sank you. The idea of walking away from that (you even claimed an ambulance came for you!) is just nonsense.

Ok fine, a number of people on this forum, suggested I do something. Mickeycrimm and Dan Druff as well. It was agroup effort that convinced me. But Axelwolf and my AP friend were big to me. I value their opinion in this matter.

The ambulance came because as soon as I got out the front door, I called the ambulance. It wasn't because I couldn't have driven myself, I certainly could have. I just though even then before I knew what I might do, that I should have as much documented as I could.

You guys have always blown the fracture in my arm out of proportion. There are arm breaks that the entire bone break, sometimes coming through the skin and/or the arm dangles. Bone has to be reset and sometimes secured with rods or things. That is not what this was. This was a relatively small fracture of a bone in my arm. It just was basically an accident, but an accident of an illegal activity on the casinos part. It is NOT like they took me to the back room and intentionally broke my arm like in the movies. No Hammer.

Anyway, I don't want to reshash that part of it. I am allowed, but see no need.

That YOU or others may have handled it differently is irrelevant to me. My top priority has always been longevity as an AP. If I had gone through with a lawsuit, I probably would be done being able to play table games in this town. Doing it my way, I had an ok year last year even taking some time off and am heading towards a great year this year, with the sports betting going well, and blackjack machine play this spring. I am probably going to make that same money in 2.5 years. See the difference?
So if the injury was such a non-injury why did you call the ambulance? That was going to cost you $ yet you seemed to not have plans to take the casino to court at that point? Just wondering what was going through your head...
