I know he used a surrogate Mother for Paris, Prince, and Prince Jr. Their Biological/Surrogate Mother, Debbie Rowe got harassed by Paparazzi when Michael died and she yelled,"Leave me alone!" understandably. She wasn't even his girlfriend or married to him, she was just the Surrogate Mother for his Children and his Friend. Michael's sperm wasn't used and I have no idea who the sperm donor was.
