I could make a joke that given Maxpens obsession with gay sex in attacking me and mickeycrimm before me, that his Maxpen handle was a reference to him liking some big dick penetration him to the max. But I am not going to do that. (or did I just do so? )

When I first encountered Maxpen on these forums, he was primarily a card counter, here in Vegas. And with card counting, particularly the shoe games, penetration is key. For anyone who may not know, penetration is the point at which the cut card is inserted and they shuffle. 75% is about standard. For a 6 deck game that means 1.5 decks cut off or 4.5 decks played.

BUT if you can find a game @ 80% or 83% (5 of 6 decks played) or even close to 90%, which you can find if you look hard, you can increase your win rate from anywhere from 50% to 100%. yes 100%....or double, just be deeper penetration.

Unfortunately it goes the other way as well. A casino I have been advised against saying the name of IN ANY context has a 6 deck game with penetration of between 67-70%. On the surface you might think that is not much worse than 75%. BUT it is! Can cut your win rate dramatically.

So anyway, I assume and we all know about assuming that Maxpen's handle was about his blackjack playing days.

And I hope he is OK, even with all the trolling he has done with me.

LOL. I think, as usual, Singer is dead wrong. Better to worry about what ain't gonna be, unburdened by what hasn't been. Or concern yourself with what might be, unburdened by what ain't been. Or better yet, burden yourself with what is, unburdened by what ain't yet. I think Popeye the Sailor said that last one.

Seriously. This is a candidate for fucking President of the US of A. I could see me saying some dumbass thing as a once-off in public. But to adapt this as your go-to line to be used over and over, mother of God, what does it say about what that person thinks of her audience? The mind boggles.
