Here’s another article that just came out about this from Gentling’s home country.

According to this they actually committed 300 violations and may face a $75 Million fine.

Apparently it may be jeopardizing a New York state casino they are in the process of opening too.

It quoted Gentling as saying: “Genting and its subsidiaries are committed to doing business with the utmost integrity and in line with applicable laws and industry guidelines.”

But it wasn’t clear if they meant unless we get caught, or after we get caught.
