I guess we now know K.Stone's sexual orientation.
I tell you it’s wonderful to be here, man. I don’t give a damn who wins or loses. It’s just wonderful to be here with you people.

I somehow missed it, but others have already pointed it out.
His repeated rushing to pout over the KJ bashing cemented my understanding of K.Stone's homosexuality.

My take is that since MGM didn't want to take the risk of banning someone because of their ethnicity (asian), since it is illegal (lawsuits reduce profit to a degree), they decided to use highly correlated variables as a substitute to achieve an approximate solution to asian campers. So querying the MGM loyalty card database for people who only play Buffalo Ascension, Buffalo Diamond, Regal Riches, Wolf Run Eclipse and other asian campout mainstays with team money or team free play, they can get rid of a large number of asian campers. Personally, I would have refined the query to also include Rocket Rumble.
Yea but campers can still make $ but no FP. I would not expect this to cut down on Asian campers that much. Mgm can do it all administratively and it wouldn't take much to see real benefits. No need to get low level employees even involved outside of memos to players club staff. I'd love to know the mix of factors they used for this .. there is so much algorithmic profiling they could do. Anyway I feel like I shouldn't talk about this much but that's the good part of discussions being buried in stupid threads such as this one.
Why don't the casinos simply get rid of the known AP-able games?
What, Me Worry?
Yes, I understand...but are ALL such games AP-able?
If only a handful are regularly focused on why not get rid of just them and leave the rest?
What, Me Worry?
Through analytics, casinos have determined that getting rid of most campers (via loyalty card nullification - since they build up their cards playing persistent state games in -EV states a majority of the time) and leaving the selection of persistent-state games is more profitable than getting rid of that selection of persistent-state games and alienating a large percentage of recreational players. Throwing out the baby with the bath water is probably not an unreasonable way of stating this. Yes of course there are some recreational players that will play non-persistent state games like that 2x3x5x diamond slot that you wrote that you like on a few occasions, but many players like these goal-buildup games.
Thanks.
I never really paid attention to the persistent-state games nor any of the other new ones, the ones with large curved screens for example.
Are most new games persistent-state?
What, Me Worry?
I think about 10% of the new games coming out are persistent-state, but regardless of the actual percentage, it certainly isn't a majority. There are other games that look like they are persistent state that aren't - for example the size of pots grow, but they have an equal chance of triggering regardless of size. These pseudo-persistent games represent a growing percentage of the remaining 90%. And of course the remainder of new games are just visual extravaganzas with elaborate bonus rounds and multiple types of bonus rounds on the same game.
I imagine that it keeps people who think that they're outsmarting something, on a fairly low-income path, as a means of shills for the various games - shills are no longer allowed directly. Evidenced by the slow death of commercial gambling, along with the gambling forums. The casinos orchestrate all of it.

I think the logical answer is because the casinos make their hold regardless. If APs make money from ploppies loading up the games, then they're being played. Why get rid of them?? The main motivation for casinos to do something about vultures is they may be making other players uncomfortable. The card building issue is a simple fix, shut down unprofitable accounts.
Hexbreaker 3 must have been one of the all time worst for this. (Meaning the EV of playing with a center column 3).
He uses his real name and despite his seemingly high opinion of himself I question whether a court would consider him a "public figure" for purposes of defamation, so IN THEORY he COULD bring a claim for libel but obviously it's just bluster.
KJ immediately explained his mistaken belief which led to the post in question...so there's that.
More importantly is the fact that someone claiming they were libeled must prove not only a libelous statement but also damages flowing from it, and that he cannot do.
Oh yeah...he'd need to have a lot of money to pay a lawyer....
