T Mobile confirms it had an outage last night in West Los Angeles, but today, more than 18 hours later customers still cannot get data and Internet using their smart phones. In my case it is a BlackBerry, but the problem is not with BlackBerry.
T Mobile says it could take as long as five days to correct the problem once they identify it. I was not the first to report the outage, and in fact I didn't call T Mobile for about 8 hours after I noticed that emails were not going to my cell phone.
Anyone else?
