The fact of the matter is - Japanese are smart. Chinese are stupid - even some of the multi millionaire Chinese I know freely tell me this. Koreans aren’t particularly smart either especially compared to Japanese, and Koreans routinely refer to themselves as “the ugly race.” Pac Islanders like UNKewlJ are not smart at all.
