Where is it documented that you are a lifetimes winner? I suppose you have documented that you did well in some contests 30-40 years ago, but I see nothing that documents life long winnings. I am not asking for that mind you, but I would think that kind of documentation involved years of verifiable tax returns. And let's be honest any kind of AP/person who gambles for a living is going to be a little less than honest in reporting to unc sammy.
