Oh great ANOTHER pissing contest. Let me put my money on the half Asian guy (on his mothers side) over the 70 year old with likely enlarged prostate.
No need for any pissing, I just want to see what a special EDjucated handicapper can do versus an all-around Advantage Player.

Yes, the comment was just an attempt at humor regarding Mdawgs repeated false accusations of you being half Asian. Sorry for the weak attempt at humor.

And in my experience correcting this mutt about his repeated lies, does nothing to stop him from continuing to repeat them. THAT is what propaganda is and what dawg is all about.

"special Edjuctaed". Come on now....Penn State. Plus he knows professors. Ate lunch and played basketball with some of the brightest minds. And lets not forget SAT's from 50 years ago. And that isn't even an exaggeration. Red is late 60's, he took the SATs exactly 50 years ago. Like that is a reflection on anything current.

Now I want to move on the word handicapper or handicapping. In sports that is comparing strengths and weaknesses of two teams matched against one another to determine if one may have an advantage in a certain area. I used to think that was some of the kind of thing Red did in his 45 year Sports betting career. But now it really looks like he made his money selling picks.....just like the tout at the racetrack selling his picks for the day or in some cases hot and cold numbers.

Anyway, I have a proposal for you, axelwolf. You and mickey and I to a lesser degree should just let go of the Redietz situation. I think everyone is now aware of what his 45 year sports betting career was about. Just let him have his meltdown and ignore him.

And in return, I will do the same with the Arab. I think everyone knows what he is and what he isn't. That is evident by him receiving no replies to his gambling claims anymore. He isn't a threat. He has been neutered. We should all move on from these silly feuds and challenges and accusations. Lets not take it into yet another year. Those of us that are APs, we should focus on playing with an advantage at whatever we are doing at that moment.

    Fair enough?

[QUOTE=redietz;18833] yet, and yet...every single blessed thing I posted here under The Riddler made money for anybody who followed the instructions. I guess it pays to be lucky rather than "good."

I need to remember that phrase, "The sheen of greasiness." That's why born-again Rick Hall put me in Who's Who in Sports Gambling. It was the sheen. Now that I'm bald, I should be able to amp up the sheen. I'll give it a shot.

Honestly, can you imagine the hypocrisy of the "APs" on this site? I posted riddles, every one of which made money to anyone who figured them out. Every single one...in real time, with no theories involved, just real world gambling instructions.

And I'm being criticized for being greasy?? LOL.

Hey, Boz. I'm greasy. Who knew? Sitting here in the Nugget, collected all numbers, doing reviews, meeting Mr. Munchkin tomorrow for lunch. The grease just dripping from my forehead. I need to start wearing bandanas. [QUOTE/]
    ————————————————

So now you are claiming to bat 100% on your picks? You for one should know that a few correct picks are meaningless.

Your “riddles” were gibberish to everyone but you. Who would want to spend time on it just to get a pick that is 50-50?

And you absolutely positively don’t know the simple equation of rolling a six in 3 rolls of the die. That’s how much you know about probability. Nothing.

PS Don’t forget to explain to Munchkin how he is going wrong by multi-accounting.

One of the craziest things I did in the Name of Advantage Play and Value. I enrolled in and paid for a class at UNLV to get a student ID. There was some Promotion that gave extra for students along with other discounts. I don't care about going to sports games, unless its boxing or MMA, I have been to the Superbowl and had fun, but I would not go for free now. Anyways, just imagine how many matchplays, etc one could get if they were on the back of UNLV ticket Stubbs?

The question was for redietz. Who simply can’t solve the problem. He’s had enough time.

The answer is .833333 to the 3rd power, minus 1, equals 42.13%.

The success rate of rolling a six is 1 in 6. Therefore, the failure rate is 5 in 6, or .833333%. Multiply it 3 times, then subtract by 1, and you have your answer.

This is one of the fundamental equations of probability. Redietz couldn’t solve it. His talk about reading a probability book and knowing math professors is bunk. He knows jackal about probability.

In the future. When I ask redietz to solve a math question please don’t give him the answer.

I moved to Vegas in 2009. I didn't drive first couple years. I took public transportation just as I had in Phillly. I also took a course at UNLV, not really related to Advantage play or anything, just a course I wanted to take. benefit was a student ID. Monthly RTC bus pass was half price with student ID. RTC passes were already much lower than Phila $65 compared to over $100. At half price I was paying a dollar a day for transportation cost. Vegas public transportation is actually pretty good, with the exception of the crowded deuce. Buses run ontime. The only reason I eventually started driving (or my partner driving me), was because it was time consuming, especially with connections. Like a trip to Sunset Station or South point would take 2 buses and connecting time for over an hour to get there, when by car both were 15-20 minutes.

I also hit up the library at UNLV with my ID. I guess you don't need an student ID to get into the library, it is open to public. But I think I did need an ID to view Grosjeans book at the library, which I wanted to do.

I was still building my BR in those days, so if there were MP's available I didn't know about, my loss. I did buy the coupon books back then every year. Have stopped doing that a while ago. Now about the only MPs I get my hands on are from showing boarding pass for return flights to Vegas after one of my trips. $40-$50 bucks in EV, depending what EC is giving at that particular time

In the Las Vegas libraries the good gambling books were in the “special collections” section and you had to turn over ID to get the book and sit and read it. The copy machine charged double the price because of so many copies being run off on the gambling books.

The reason the books were in special collections was because broke ass people mutilated the books by tearing pages with pertinent information out of them. That was in the 90’s. Probably still the same today.

I'd much rather ride a bike or walk than take a bus. When I first got to Vegas I was riding my bike from downtown up to Sahara and Decatur, then I would ride to the frontier, and then back downtown, that doesn't include if I went to the store or whatever pool hall I was shooting pool at.

Occasionally, I would get my bike stolen or get a flat tire and have to take the bus so not too late. On one of those occasions, I learned something I hadn't thought about before and started taking the bus instead of ridding my bike. Can you guess what that might be?

Actually, that's a good observation and guess, but that's not the reason. I realized a fair amount of hostesses, change girls, and various other underpaid girls around my age took the bus to the strip where I was also going. It's fairly easy to engage in a conversation with someone you've seen a few times at the bus stop or on the bus and get to know them. I ended up dating one girl for a short period of time. I was able to strike up a conversation with her because I noticed she had a UW shirt on, and as you know I'm from the Pacific Northwest myself. She ended up moving back to Washington with her parents.

I ended up moving to the Foutians on Flamingo. During the last few times that I took the bus before I quit my job there was this real cutie who I made small talk with, but I never felt it was a good enough situation or enough time to even attempt asking her out. Once I quit my job my bankroll grew quickly, I was able to buy a sports car and I had plenty of comps.

One evening, I had a friend who lived on the other side of the complex who I went to pick up one evening I'd normally just roll up behind parked cars and quickly knock on his door, but this time it took him longer than normal while I chilled out. I realized it was taking too long and I figured I better go move my car. As I'm walking to the car I noticed that same cutie standing on the edge of the sidewalk looking around(previously I never realized she lived there, but I guess it made sense). I'm like, "Hey, I know you, you used to take the flamingo bus to the strip. Somewhat dismissively she says, "Oh yeah, hey." She then said, "I'm sorry, some jerk is blocking my friend's car" I quickly replied, "Yeah, but it's a nice car don't you think?"
With a scowl she said, "Wait, that's your car?" I said, "Yeah, very I'm very sorry, I'll move it right now" She proceeded to get into her friend's car.

Now that should have been the end of it and off they go. As luck would have it their car wouldn't start and they needed a jump. Obviously, I proceeded to give them a jump, and they were no longer aggravated I blocked them in, and they even thanked me and introduced themselves(her friend was cute as well. She said, "And by the way, my friend thinks it's a nice car."

I offered to take them both out next weekend but the cutie said, "I can't because I have a boyfriend." I asked her friend for her number and she obliged and we ended up dating eventually.

Put your money where your mouth is, I bet I can get a check cut for unverified wins.

Im sorry your only hobbie is stalking JK for free. At least I'm learning somthing as I go, and I like doing it, making a profit is just a bonus, I have done it for free many times for friends and family.

My Buddy was going to buy a new laptop a few weeks ago, but he didn't want to. He thought it was toast so I had him bring it over, I fixed it in no time, and obviously no charge for a friend. It just needed a reboot from the bios setup.

My last personal computer fix took me 30 min and it saved me $300.

I got plenty of witnesses to many of my stories.

Shouldn't be getting back roomed? I guess that's what happens when you know how to legitimately beat casinos.
And the truth of the matter is...I've actually managed to avoid being 86ed much less than most of the people playing the same things over the same period of oftentimes even on the same plays. Considering the fact that I was in Griffin I managed to do pretty good avoiding detection.

Yeah sure, at least I managed to walk to my house with my wallet intact. Care to wager on some phone records and text related to all that? Care to ask him why he wanted to do business with me after that? It's funny what people say well after the fact and the incidents that happened.
