Actually, that's a good observation and guess, but that's not the reason. I realized a fair amount of hostesses, change girls, and various other underpaid girls around my age took the bus to the strip where I was also going. It's fairly easy to engage in a conversation with someone you've seen a few times at the bus stop or on the bus and get to know them. I ended up dating one girl for a short period of time. I was able to strike up a conversation with her because I noticed she had a UW shirt on, and as you know I'm from the Pacific Northwest myself. She ended up moving back to Washington with her parents.

I ended up moving to the Foutians on Flamingo. During the last few times that I took the bus before I quit my job there was this real cutie who I made small talk with, but I never felt it was a good enough situation or enough time to even attempt asking her out. Once I quit my job my bankroll grew quickly, I was able to buy a sports car and I had plenty of comps.

One evening, I had a friend who lived on the other side of the complex who I went to pick up one evening I'd normally just roll up behind parked cars and quickly knock on his door, but this time it took him longer than normal while I chilled out. I realized it was taking too long and I figured I better go move my car. As I'm walking to the car I noticed that same cutie standing on the edge of the sidewalk looking around(previously I never realized she lived there, but I guess it made sense). I'm like, "Hey, I know you, you used to take the flamingo bus to the strip. Somewhat dismissively she says, "Oh yeah, hey." She then said, "I'm sorry, some jerk is blocking my friend's car" I quickly replied, "Yeah, but it's a nice car don't you think?"
With a scowl she said, "Wait, that's your car?" I said, "Yeah, very I'm very sorry, I'll move it right now" She proceeded to get into her friend's car.

Now that should have been the end of it and off they go. As luck would have it their car wouldn't start and they needed a jump. Obviously, I proceeded to give them a jump, and they were no longer aggravated I blocked them in, and they even thanked me and introduced themselves(her friend was cute as well. She said, "And by the way, my friend thinks it's a nice car."

I offered to take them both out next weekend but the cutie said, "I can't because I have a boyfriend." I asked her friend for her number and she obliged and we ended up dating eventually.
