This is probably somewhat over the heads of most of the little people here--and it'll irritate the shit out of them--but I stopped flying in 2000 after having had to do it for my working career for 25 years....and over 3 million miles on 3 major airlines plus maybe millions more on others. I don't want or need all the nonsense that comes with air travel these days, and sitting back and laughing at all the delays, moronic passenger actions, and how poorly kept up our airport infrastructure and ATC system is, etc., is very relaxing indeed.

To the idiot who mentioned "cost too much" or whatever: I'll bet right now that I spend more on gasoline each year than you earn in the same timeframe.
