With the Eagles advancing to the Super Bowl, the Riddler once again turned a profit with his last riddle if you hedge it out. He's an amazing fella. Eagles were fifth choice at the time he "Riddled Us This."

I posted his last riddle to me, which I received tonight, in the "Sports Betting" section, so as to follow mcap's preferences. I don't know -- the guy is psychic or something. What is he now? Eight of eight making a profit on these things? Wild stuff.

How about them? The play made money. And you diss it? LOL. Not what I'd expect from "Leonardo Da AP."

I thought "APs" were all about making money. My bad.

Every...single...play...made...money. LOL. Go ahead, mickey crimm, beat that.

If I didn't know that Alan had passed, I would have guessed this was a post made by Alan. Very anti-AP, and shows an complete ignorance of what advantage play really is.

And the last line is very Mdawg of you....winning every play.

I am not sure why your confusion about advantage play. How can it be any clearer by the name. It is about playing and making wagers that are +EV and you are at an advantage. It doesn't guarantee winning every time. Advantage play is still very much "gambling", just the advantage has been flipped from the house to the player.

I would think a scholar like Redietz, with beyond genius IQ and perfect Sat scores could have figured out that advantage play only means playing with an advantage, not a guarantee of winning anything short-term.

Evidently the concept that someone's judgement is their advantage isn't taught in low-end AP school. What a shame.

I suppose making money from eight consecutive announcements is just luck, like flipping a coin eight times. LOL. Or -- wait for it -- sports betting might feature non-random events for which random equations are, I wouldn't say worthless, but largely irrelevant. Hmmmm. I wonder which is the case.

Perhaps the anonymous blackjack pro can muse on his application of random probability theory to non-random events. Seems to be a glitch in the thinking there. A glitch that any high-IQ third-grader, much less a Villanova student, should be able to identify in about 10 seconds.

Well he went to elementary school in Florida, so that skews his IQ downward.

And of course he was never enrolled at Villanova, that's one of the 40+ lies he's told (so far).

So I'm using my judgement here...let's call it a hunch...and betting the "Can't".

Can anyone calculate the EV on that bet?

This is different than betting on or with AIQ...that would be betting the "Cunt".

i don't normally request prof from anyone, but since you are volunteering, could you quote or link to where you posted these plays in advance of the contests?

Maybe you did, but it is very unlike you to do so. Usually your MO is telling us after the fact what you won.

At least Monet and Druff post their picks before the event. well usually. Monet did a little post outcome posting yesterday but it is rare.

Obviously he disbelieves your claim that you actually enrolled in Villanova...as if that were really all that tough to do...bwa ha ha ha

But I wouldn't worry about it, KJ: you know what is and is not true about your life and hey, isn't that what really matters?

I doubt he is envious; he's just trolling, as is the wont of most of us around here these days.

What are you talking about? Or is this KewlJ 2.0 or 3.0 posting? You know, the brother, aunt, uncle, mom, or deceased version?

The Riddler posted everything in advance for every one of the recommendations. You had to figure them out.

Go back and learn to read.

You really are something of an idiot. Keep using random probability theory for non-random events. I mean, you can't, as far as probability goes, get much more wrong than that.

No, I don't disbelieve his claim that he enrolled at Villanova. I disbelieve his claim that he was a homeless wandering card-counting soul whose uncle just happened to pick up the 85K a year tab for him (roughly 65K tuition plus other costs). Yeah, five years of that (average undergrad spends five years these days), yet the eminent kewlj was a broke card-counter thrown out by his step-father.

I mean, who writes this stuff? KewlJ needs what they call in TV a continuity editor.

MrV, use some judgement. Christ, if some client tried to sell you this story, you'd reject it in 30 seconds. It's, pardon my language, fucking moronic.

And yes, MDawg, quote me on that.

EVERYTHING in Redietz's post above is a non-truth. That dishonesty is the common trait of all these troll/haters. Congrats to you Red for making the club.

I wasn't homeless during any time when I was card counting or APing. That is simply a lie. I was homeless years early for 3 months as I finished high school.

No uncle paid for anything. Most of my expenses were covered by two different scholarships, one because my father died on the job while working as a government employee. The second, my counselor in high school helped me get, which was related to being homeless.

It was my grandfather, a Nova alum, that paid a small balance that wasn't covered. Small in regards to the total tuition, but not small or insignificant to my grandparents at the time, which is why, I left school early. I just didn't want them to continue to pay that amount.

At least get the fucking story straight that you are making up lies about, you fucking nutjob.

I have no issue with Axelwolf, nor Dan Druff who dawg also likes to quote. Dawg apparently thinks posting a quote from either about me is a feather in his troll cap. (do trolls wear caps?).

Both are free to believe and say whatever they like. Both at times have indicated they believe things I have said or shared and other times said they haven't. That is fine. Axelwolf, I do believe has a bit of a bug up his ass because I am not the kind of AP that meets up with and just hangs out with other players. I guess he took offense to that. But it wasn't personal. Just not something I do or am interested in while an active player.

But lets look at you Dawg and your little story. Posts today from Challenged milly, SooPoo, Evenbob/spike and oncedear all mocking your claimed ability to know every card. There were only about 2 members left that even respond to your claims now, SooPoo and EB and they do so sarcastically.

You should have stayed on that forum you own or are associated with for writers making up stories.

BUT...you are winning, whatever the hell troll contest you think you are winning. That is all that matters.
