I feel the girl should have been charged with SOMETHING for tricking a grown man into thinking she was an ADULT when she was a 13 year old MINOR. I remember posting about this on another Website and Posters saying something like,"What JUDGE ACTUALLY went through with the charges? The man was the VICTIM in this situation, the girl was smoking and has tattoos in a bar and looked 12 years older than her age.
