This dude, Mdawg is supposedly currently on a trip visiting Vegas. Today was about 85 degrees, nice little breeze. Perfect day, of which we don't get that many. And what did he do? 24 posts trolling on VCT.

I also posted even more than that (currently 30 times and way too much). But I am not on a trip to Vegas. I live here. And today I mostly spent betting and watching baseball, and college basketball. That is what I do now, some sports betting (and watching at an advantage).

People on a trip to Vegas just do not spend all day posting on a freaking forum fighting and trolling. No way in hell!! NOT Normal.

I'll clarify a bit regarding what I meant earlier.

Why do I run this forum? It's definitely not for money. There is zero monetization from this forum.

It's definitely not for any clout or influence. I'm not even a real AP -- just one who dabbles in it here and there.

I mainly run the forum because I stumbled upon it 12 years ago, ended up eventually helping with tech stuff, and then became part of the action here. When Alan wanted to shut it down in 2016, I didn't want to see that happen, so I took over.

One of the things I do get out of this place is having a forum to post casino stories/news/observations. It fits in here better than on my PFA forum, and it's likely to get more interest. So the few times I do this, I don't appreciate when people fuck up those threads.

Not that I like when people fuck up ANY threads, but when my own serious threads are polluted with nonsense, that especially frustrates me, because it's my forum, and I've otherwise been very lax with moderation here. Unlike other casino forums where you are forced to follow draconian rules or kiss the ass of egocentric moderators, this forum is mostly a free-for-all. So at least show some appreciation for that, and don't fuck up my threads, even if you're otherwise unhappy with certain moderation decisions I've made.

And in general, if there's a thread about a serious topic, don't troll it. Even if it's started by someone you hate, try to leave it be, unless the person starting it isn't telling the truth. (For example, I don't mind that kewlJ gets negative engagement in his posts where he doesn't appear to be truthful. He's earned that skepticism.)

My complaint would be the vicious trolling, especially when I am discussing a gambling/AP type topic, whether in a thread I started or sharing one of my experiences in another thread. As soon as I share anything...boom, nasty ass attacks.

I shouldn't have to endue those kinds of attacks as soon as I share something on topic, in a serious gambling/AP discussion. And for the reason for such attacks to be because Mdawg doesn't like that myself, Axelwolf, other AP's, even yourself, challenges his claims of winning millions of dollars while the casinos allow him and don't care. You know damn right well that is not how Vegas works.

Druff long ago said what he thought of Mdawgs claims. If you missed it, it is in my signature. "Something missing. Fabricated, grossly exaggerated, or largely incomplete". Can it be any clearer than that?

I don't see an issue with MDawg posting on forums from Vegas. Why wouldn't he? He goes to Vegas a lot, so clearly this isn't a situation where he's somewhere he rarely visits and needs to make the most of his time there.

I do not mind MDawg's statements being challenged, just like I don't mind kewlJ's stories about himself being challenged.

What I don't like is where these two get trolled (by each other, or even by third parties) whenever they post here about topics unrelated to themselves. MDawg and kewlJ should be able to post their opinions about Vegas or gambling topics without being hassled regarding their controversies from the past.

It's even worse when their names are brought up out of nowhere in order to troll them, when they aren't even in the thread yet.

I just don't want this forum to become the MDawg/kewlJ show. I am willing to let all of that play out, but I don't want it infecting the good threads here.
