How is this a loss? If the game was called after 5 innings then it's in the books as finished/official (unless it ended in a tie). Whether it went 5 or 9 full innings, the Giants covered the over in a legal game. I get that bets may have been made on an over/under on their opponent, and that result ended as an incomplete. But how can a known win be against the rules?
