Dan Druff: "there's no question that MDawg has been an obnoxious braggart, and has rubbed a ton of people the wrong way. There's something missing from his stories. Either they're fabricated, grossly exaggerated, or largely incomplete".
I tell you it’s wonderful to be here, man. I don’t give a damn who wins or loses. It’s just wonderful to be here with you people.

Looks like these razor-sharp zingers are as effective in their veracity today as they were the day they were originally posted....and by some of the most credible AP's & gaming personalities in the business.
That whining/sucking noise we keep hearing and somehow can't get enough of? It's the sound of kew going down another LV drain.
No reason for me to break this down as I've been talking about it for over 4 years on this site for Free.
He's talking about the entirety of the whole situation, not just collecting.
The casino(s) did offer to give him all his wagers back that they voided.
Winning and Losing Tickets.
I don't know if he should take that deal or not.
Getting tied up in court and maybe losing doesn't sound great.
This kid pushed too hard and was spending hours at the kiosk(s).
Don't Bet Parlays.
They absolutely HAVE to do that. They can't keep the money from losing wagers and not payout winning wagers.
But, there will be a better offer coming than that at some point. They are just jerking him around at this point. That offer might not come until a suit is filed or underway, but there will be a better offer than just getting his money back coming. Now how much it costs him in legal expenses to get that offer is another matter.
Once the casino accepts a wager...they have accepted the wager. If they don't want people putting in multiple wagers at the kiosks, those kiosks should be removed. But as long as it is there, if you put in a wager at the kiosk, and the kiosk takes your money and prints the slip, they have accepted the wager.
I hope the kid fights it all the way and wins. And maybe there is some punitive damages added on to boot.
And yeah, he could/should have been a lot smarter in the way he handled the whole thing.
And from a public relations point...big cost to the casinos. The story is on CBS news Chicago for God sakes. Probably has already cost the casinos what they are holding back from the kid. People see this story, do they really want to go bet at Ceasars that doesn't pay when you win?![]()
People that run casinos now are dumb as a fucking rock. They don't consider anything except the immediate short term. Stupid fuckers!

I’m getting really tired of mfraud quoting me out of context all the time. Fuck that piece of shit.
Why isn’t he spending his valuable time researching legal defenses for defecating in public at chicken joints? Quote that.

I don't know enough about the situation, to know if they totally free rolled him or not.
Possible but I think that is speculation at this point.
Casino don't like losing or players who exploit mistakes.
Casino get real funny when player crushing them.
A lot of players lost in court over things like this.
I know one guy, who figured out how to beat Let it Ride, with certain rules.
He eventually won in court, but it took a long fight.
Years ago I was playing 10 reel machines that was a high 99% payback.
Casino gave someone a promotion for 3% cash back no limit for 3 days.
The game was like 102% winner from the jump.
I played on that card for 70 hours.
Casino got mad but paid me.
Gave me a warning.
I got lucky.
These days, I've seen the Casino 86 players who are playing a losing game and playing it bad but player keep winning.
Casino don't want the action or high variance.
I think most of us, on this site, already know this.
Casino been like this for awhile now.
Jesus Christ fat fuck, you are as bad as KJ with your “This isn’t how Vegas works” nonsense. MDawg has proven it doesn’t work this way when you are betting at higher limits. You can win at will, without questioning and they shower you with gifts, comps and tickets. Along with management high fiving you as you clean them out of hundreds of thousands a trip. It’s only the smaller slot players with a 2% edge for a short period winning they worry about. And his results are Wizard approved.
Silly parlay boy.
As I understand the situation they cancelled the wagers only after he won, so that would be a free roll.
Had they canceled them prior to the games being played and refunded the wagers that would have been different.
It’s a near certainty they would not have cancelled and refunded the wagers had they all been losers after the games were played.
They want to have their stake and eat it too, pun intended.
It was a memorable day in sin city when the Halal Hound first arrived on the LV strip; "Where the fuck do I put this camel he rode in on?" wondered the valet.
The thawb-wearing visitor approached the head suits and after identifying himself as a formidable highly successful "take no prisoners" trial lawyer with both a photographic memory and the world's highest IQ (they quivered in fear at this news) he laid out his Master Plan: "You use only marked cards when I play. You let me win and I will split the profits with you, 50 / 50. Allahu Akbar."
The offer fell on receptive ears and was soon repeated and accepted at all strip casinos with baccarat pits.
The rest, as they say, is history.

Interesting hypothesis MrV. And some version of that 'look the other way - payoff' could have occurred in past times. But it can't today. Just too many eyes. Too many people to pay off. And some of those eyes are watching each other.
The Dawgs 'story' is just that...a purely fantasy story. But the funny part is, if you make one small change to the story, that he loses overall, rather than winning millions, everything else fails into place and works. All the comps and royal treatment, all the casino personnel loving him. (hell they probably get a bonus due to him). add in losing instead of winning and it all works .![]()
