Speaking of Lawyers who embezzle Clients' money to gamble, a Lawyer a few years ago did just that. She was on Forbes Magazine Cover as,"Most Successful Lawyer Under 30," or something like that. She started gambling ONLY her OWN money at Casinos as a fun way to unwind from the high pressures of being a Lawyer and then started embezzling Clients' money as well and LOST. YIKES.
She said that the Casinos should have realized she had a SERIOUS gambling problem when she was in the Casino for 24 hours STRAIGHT on MULTIPLE days, gambling like a Zombie. She said one particular day, the Dealer noticed she could barely even do basic math, she was that fogged up after doing yet another 24 hour shift and he straight up told her she needed to go home and sleep.
IIRC, she said ONLY that Dealer showed any REAL concern for her and the other Casino Staff Members should have noticed that something was HORRIBLY wrong when she was doing multiple 24 hour gambling Sessions and told her to go home.
She lost her high paying and highly successful Lawyer Career for embezzling Clients' money. She said she was suing the Casino for NOT realizing something was HORRIBLY wrong with someone who spent multiple 24 hour shifts gambling like a Zombie and telling her to go home.
Society straight up cussed her out for embezzling Clients' money to go gamble and now that she lost her job she's suing the Casino. She responded something like,"I'm suing the Casino for NOT kicking me out when it was clear that I was gambling 24 hours for multiple days in the Casino. I should have been kicked out long before the dealer noticed that I could barely do basic math anymore and told me to go home."

Thank you Dan!
