What if there was a new casino regulation that players had to pass a simple oral math exam to be allowed to start or continue gambling? You could use paper and pencil but no devices. Just bonehead simple stuff to weed out retards and people too intoxicated to gamble responsibly. Like, what is the probability of rolling snake eyes, how many feet is 3 inches, name a prime number between 50 and 100.
