Bellagio and Wynn casinos only allow strollers for hotel guests. Steve Wynn said he didn't want guests in their twenties because they have no money, and doesn't want guests in their thirties because they have kids, which means they have no disposable money. Wayne Newton hasn't had a Billboard hit since 1969's "Daddy Don't You Walk So Fast." But he has been a Vegas fixture because his old fans have disposable income. Katy Perry is mostly good for bubble gum sales.
