The only real significant of the Kim Lee ordeal is that he was Bob Dietz's witness. Dietz named Kim Lee as someone that knew about the sports handicapping business and all the contests. And then Kim Lee came here and said after looking at the numbers for all the years, he didn't think Dietz could have made any real money.
