There are various forms of cheating elections. The Russia Hoax and squashing the Hunter Biden laptop story probably gained the dems 5 percentage points in the vote.

Ballot harvesting played a big role in the battleground states. There was nothing in place to detect it so they got away with it. Collecting ballots door to door in both liberal and conservative areas, they turned in the liberal ballots and threw away the conservative ballots. The battleground states are where ballot harvesting is most effective because you don't need that many votes to change the results.

Biden won by 12K votes in Georgia. The place was ripe for ballot harvesting.

Biden won by 11K votes in Arizona. Another spot ripe for ballot harvesting.

Throw in the other close states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada and Wisconsin and ballot harvesting is highly effective.

Would dems use ballot harvesting to corrupt an election? You bet your ass they would. The thing about the left is they have no moral scruples. No principled stands. They will flip flop on an issue in a heart beat if they think it will gain them power. Example:

Bill Clinton, Barak Obama, and Hillary Clinton all gave powerful anti-illegal immigration speeches before Trump. But when Trump showed up and took an anti-illiegal immigration stance the dems flipped because they thought they could exploit the issue to gain votes.

Doesn't matter anymore. All that mail-in voting/extending votes received due dates/multiple ballots being mailed out to dems/illicit changing of the rules at the last minute, etc. got liberals Joe Fucking Biden....and all the trouble that they've got now. In short, it was worth it in SPADES.
