That reminds me of the FUCKED UP Witch Trials. People being accused of being Witches would be tested by being dunked into a body of water. If the "Witch," floated, she was considered to be a Witch and was burned at the stake or hanged. If she sunk/drowned she was considered to be a normal Human. Both these scenarios ended with the accused person being DEAD, so both endings were bad.
