I'm sure he's an honor student at school. A great athlete with many college offers. Regularly goes to church.
It's the fault of society, because of racial disparities. He was raised by grandma, because mom was on the streets and she's not sure who the father was. Oh! BLM.

Carjackings occur everywhere, especially when a perp is fleeing another crime like this. Not diminishing that at all. But for me, someone who makes a living inside casinos, my big question is how did a 19 year old end up inside a casino with a gun?

Casinos are supposed to have all this great technology, facial recognition (which still doesn't work well), and everything else. They don't have a system that can pick up a gun on a person (even concealed). Hell they had that on the old show "Las Vegas" with James Cann 20 years ago.

As a gun owner that is prohibited from carrying inside a casino, I have to leave my gun in my car when I enter a casino. I am putting my trust that the casino can do a little better job that this in keeping underage thugs with weapons out. Very troubling.

Just wondering...do you locals have a couple of "go to" places outside of town to shoot?

We have a couple of old quarries outside of Portland that people seem to go to for plinking and sighting.

I have never shot outside of a range, of which there are many. But I am sure others just head out to the desert to shoot. I think Monet used to talk about doing so on occasion.

I personally don't like or enjoy guns. I would much rather not own one, but that is just no longer practical in the world we live in. But shooting bottles off of a cactus branch 20 miles outside of Vegas just in not my idea of fun.

Not really a good idea to be shooting in uncontrolled situations. You just never know. In Az, it's illegal to put a round into a saguaro, whether by accident or on purpose. The things ARE fun to shoot with hollow points and black talons however, because the round goes in leaving a small hole and then exits sometimes the size of a silver dollar--and with a blast of water spray.

I now do most of my shooting on our SD property. Nearest neighbor is 6 miles away (and no V, it's not that place you previously posted). I get the most enjoyment firing my semi-auto 12 gauge with a 10-round clip. I pretend a bunch of those loser protesters are trying to rush me

Now seems to be a nice time to mention that I have a pristine Baretta shotgun still in original packaging. Excellent target shooter from what I have heard. I paid $1600 plus tax for it. Will let it go for $1000 even. Shipping weapons in the US is a hassle, but maybe we can work something out.

Superb weapon for dealing with loser protestors. Also, if filled with silver buckshot, should even be able to kill card counters coming back from the dead and the occasional Time Lord.

Interesting posts from Redietz and the guy he quoted. A lot of "pretending" going on in these people lives and minds. As if we hadn't already figured THAT out.

Time to repeal the snivel rights act so that businesses can discriminate and refuse service based on race. That would solve all manner of problems, hey hey.

I agree. Not only race, but nationality. We, here in the US of A, need to kick out all the morons from North of our border just the same as we are doing with those from south of our border. Fucking Canadian foreigners.

So you own both a car and a gun KJ? I don't recall reading of either.

Well, that is not my fault. I have spoke of both in the past. Owning a car many times in the past. I don't really have the need to repeat that I own a gun over and over. Defeats some of the purpose, but I most certainly have mentioned that after someone from these forum came to Las Vegas looking for me, I decided to own a gun, something I have been opposed to all my life.

As for a car, I was only without a car for about 18 months, when I first moved to Las Vegas. That was by choice, but I quickly realized Las Vegas doesn't work without a car. The local places that I was playing were just too spread out. So I first leased a vehicle and then as (bad) luck or timing would have it won a vehicle at a drawing at South Point of all places. Since I still had a couple years left on my lease and didn't need two vehicles, I negotiated a return to the dealership which was higher than the casino alternative cash option.

At the end of the lease I purchased a vehicle as I just didn't see any benefit to leasing over owning. And trade in and purchase new every 3 years or so since.

For the first 7 years I owned or leased a car, I did not drive it THAT sound familiar? My partner played chauffer. When he passed 7 years ago, I started driving again.

Nice job winning a car while playing unrated.

What kind of gun do you own?

I want to see the picture of the driver of the third car who just like slowed down to let him hop in the backseat lmao. I need to stereotype.

Also - was the won car referenced elsewhere? Or is it now so long ago that Kewl doesn't think it can be traced?

    Nice score.

Played blackjack unrated. Played VP rated for the mailers and other benefits, one of which was entries into contests. Between my partner and I, been in hundreds, probably thousands of drawings. Won dozens and dozens of cash prizes, including two 5 figure prizes, a vehicle and a years worth of Rent from Sam's town. Since I owned and wasn't renting I just took the maximum cash prize of $1000/month for a year.

I also won a $10,000 cash prize in a weekly football contest at Palms during the time they were owned by Stations. And since my entry into the weekly contest was a benefit of earning points, that cash prize was indirectly from machine play.

I have shared most of these things as I went through them. THIS is what an AP does. And you know what is funny about it. I knew none of this type of shit when I moved to Vegas. I moved strictly to be a blackjack card counter. It was another AP that convinced me to learn and play at least some VP for the mailers, points, and contest entries. And he had to really convince me. At first I said no, I wasn't interested in that. He really had to convince me that not doing so was leaving money on the table.

And between my partner and I that VP play and all the benefits accounted for 20% or more EV every year for about 10 years. Several hundred thousand dollars over the decade. That was a good AP friend that took me under his wing and why he is still my good AP friend.

None of this is new. I have shared all this stuff as I went through it, much right here on this forum. It is just the trolls that dominate this forum don't want to hear and talk about AP plays. They want to hate and troll. So THAT is what we do.

If you are an AP or some kind of real winning player (poker or other)....I don't even know what you claim, then start to act like it and stop acting like your garden variety troll all the time. What the fuck is the matter with you dude? You want to be known as a coach belly, Mdawg type troll?
