Thread: The Adventures of MDawg (in progress)

MDawg, did you ask Mike about my Evidance regarding the casinos giving me CTR paperwork and telling me it was for a CTR? I provided him with a recording of not one, but 2 people, including a manager, telling me it was for a CTR with paperwork telling me.

He could start with coherently, in unbroken English, telling us what exactly he was doing and what happened. We haven't even gotten that far yet. Coach Belly, do you have a clear idea of what he is trying to convey?

If he can do that, then I could ask Wizard about this story.

Which I guarantee he will have no recollection of, other than perhaps vaguely.
I tell you it’s wonderful to be here, man. I don’t give a damn who wins or loses. It’s just wonderful to be here with you people.

    Don't humor this Jeremiah Johnson-in-his-hand.

If he really has evidence, then he can show it here.

I already did I'm not going to keep going over it, but simply I was cashing out over $10,00. They required to show ID and said they were doing a CTR. Just ask Mike.

The whole point of the story (your story) was that it backed up your "Show me the CTR!" request of Siegfried Roy, in that Yes, casinos do hand players slips of paper (CTRs), which is...ridiculous. You are making that up.

    What casino were you in...
    What year was this...
    What game were you playing...
    How much cash was involved...
    Money input or output...
    Circumstances...
    Specifics...
What did the CTR look like?
    What boxes were checked?
    Who signed it?
Did they input their EIN on it?
    etc.
    etc.

The whole thing is preposterous that the casino handed anyone a CTR which would have had to include their EIN on it.

Whatever happened, was something quite different from whatever A.Wolf thinks he remembers. No one ever handed him a CTR.

Of course, he won't "humor me"; this happened many months ago, and I immediately gave Mike the evidence and declared such on Wizard of Vegas soon after. During an interaction with MD, where he mentioned that I was wrong regarding CTR's , I told him to confirm with Mike what I was saying. Of course, MD avoided The Situation cuz he knew I was 100% correct and that fucked up his entire criticism of me regarding CTR's.

This is an internal document the financial institution files. Nowadays it is done electronically, but even when it was paper, a copy would never be handed to the person against whom it was filed. Look at the bottom where the institution's EIN is required. That's not something that would be handed over to just anyone.

And far as say, a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) it is flat out illegal for the financial institution to tell the person that one is being filed against him.

Bottom line, the casino might have told A.Wolf that a CTR was being filed (*yawn, so what?), but they did not give him a copy of the form. He is misremembering that aspect of whatever he thinks happened.

A.Wolf's request of SiegFriedRoy, "Show me the CTR!" remains nonsensical. (And again, on two counts. (1) that no normal table game winner of over a million dollars is going to cash out in cash in the first place, will ask for a casino cage check or wire, and (2) no CTR copy, if filed, will be handed to the player.)

And of course he already forgot the part where they asked him for his SSN.

Mike has the evidance, ask him.

I have way more than that. Once you ask Mike and claim this that, or the other thing, I will present more evidance. It just so happens that I will have a recorded voice evidence with names and locations to back it up.

I thinks he's claiming that he received a CTR, and has some sort of evidence to that effect.

So either show the evidence, or have the Wizard confirm it here.

He's been dancing around this for years, so what's the hold up?

There's too many pitfalls possible with private conversations, best to endeavor to get everything on the record and in writing ASAP.

LOL...Any evidence would be more evidence.

This is one of those "first put your money in escrow, then I'll decide if I want to bet" scenarios that AW is famous for.

Since that wolf won't hunt (and never has) then why not cooperate and post whatever evidence you have to back up whatever claim you've made?

Are you claiming that you gave Mike the evidence and are no longer in possession of the evidence?

Is he even claiming that he was handed a CTR (a piece of paper, a filled out CTR form - not just some form to fill out for personal identifying information that was used by them to complete a CTR, but an actual filled out and signed by a casino official CTR form) - I do not believe that, or simply that he was told that a CTR was being filed against him (again, *yawn, so what?).

He can claim whatever, but no point in whining if nobody believes him.

If he has evidence to support his claims, then show it to those whom he presented his claims.

He posted his claims here, why is the onus on the members here to find proof elsewhere?

I sent mike the papper work. I will not post my shit publicly. Good advice given to me by a well-known attorney. I'll go into the many reasons why at a later date.

    No you won't.

Why can't you share share any reasons now?

Do they only apply to you?
