Not that redietz doesn't want to sue KJ; but if he did there is no need to drag Dan into it: redietz considers himself to be a smart guy, he knows what to do, how to learn KJ's identity in order to sue him: he should lawyer up, if that really is his game, and let the chips fall where they lie.
Ah, but can he afford it?
Litigation is a game best played by the wealthy.
Will it be worth it, given any judgment against KJ will likely be uncollectible and shielded by Nevada's exemption statute viz. execution on judgments?
Will redietz seriously do it for, as they say, "the principle of the thing?"
A fool might, but a wise man would simply move on, cloaked in robes of self-righteousness.
Not that any of us really care about their little feud but the issue of property ownership could easily be solved by him posting images of the deed he got when / if he first acquired the property as well as copies of his ensuing property tax bills showing continuous ownership of the home in his name.
Easy peasy: much less intrusive than dragging Dan into what is quite frankly a bullshit issue.
