These wagers never come about, but since I KNOW I have only lied about a couple things (and explained why), I would like to see what is on his 18 item list. I am pretty sure at least 16 of them I can prove. Now that doesn't mean I would want to with some things that would reveal financial information and what not. But if he has a list of 18, we ought to be able to agree on some for the right money.

Since he specifically mentioned the fracturing of my arm during a back-room incident, we definitely can start there. I can more than prove that without revealing anything I am not comfortable revealing. I also have the settlement agreement, but I may have to backtrack on that as I am legally prohibited from showing that or talking about it. I'll have to think about that. But I can certainly show a 6 figure deposit into my checking account at the time I said the settlement occurred. That would not violate anything I don't think.

And the shuffle machine is NOT something we will be able to agree on as I no longer have the machine. I haven't had it for 7 years. The shuffle machine is really about 1 things though. That these machines can be easily altered and hacked. All it takes is a little accessibility. So what you are arguing is that no casino would do it. I can't prove who has and hasn't.
