So being the naturalist, live off the land, Grizzly Adams guy that you now are, do you shoot your own bird this year? Of did you just catch, cook and eat fish for thanksgiving dinner?
I am not a big turkey guy myself. Once a year is fine. It is tradition and seems important to my mom. Me personally, being a simple guy, I could enjoy a good Thanksgiving meatloaf (homemade) just as much. And I know my brother would prefer a steak on the grill which he eats way too often. Luckily there are 364 other days in the year.
